Welcome to Garden Warp. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website. 2. Product Information and Availability
Garden Warp strives to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products, including hand-woven baskets, natural fibre planters, macramé plant hangers, and botanical-inspired textiles. Due to the handmade nature of many items, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by Garden Warp. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific products ordered. Any estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Garden Warp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Garden Warp purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on the return process and eligibility.
6. Workshop Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings for our weaving and textile arts workshops are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policies for workshops will be clearly stated on the workshop listing page. Generally, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Later cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and workshop materials, is the intellectual property of Garden Warp or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The designs of our handcrafted products are also protected.
8. Limitation of Liability
Garden Warp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, even if Garden Warp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
